This professional-grade remote unit supports all frequencies from 150 MHz to 2.7 GHz, including VHF (150 MHz), UHF (450 MHz), FirstNet Band 14 (700 MHz), 800 MHz, and all TETRA bands in any combination.
Engineered for demanding public safety environments, the Zinwave 5000 Optical Remote Unit features robust NEMA 4 and IP66 environmental ratings when the add-on tray is attached. The versatile design provides three cable entry points for maximum installation flexibility across various fiber, power, and alarm configurations, making it ideal for complex communication infrastructure deployments.
The unit operates on 48V DC power supplied from the Secondary Hub or directly from a Power Supply Unit (PSU) when connected to the Primary Hub. Its compact form factor allows for discreet installation above ceiling tiles or in out-of-sight locations, positioned as close as possible to the service area for optimal performance.
