We Offer shipping from UPS or Speedee. Orders received by 11am CST for Speedee, and 1:30pm CST for UPS Monday- Friday, typically ship the same business day.
Northstar offers a limited warranty that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the invoice date of sale. This limited warranty is not transferable to any other end-user or third party.
– The product should be shipped to Northstar, freight pre-paid with a copy of ordinal sales invoice.
– This product will only be accepted when accompanied by a, return merchandise authorization number, and completed RMA Form. This number may be obtained by submitting your completed RMA FORM to: firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting Northstar at 1-877-483-1315.
This limited warranty does not cover and is void with respect to the following:
-No warranty or return on face plates or covers
-No returns on special orders
-No returns on any software of any kind that has been opened
-Any product subject to misuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, liquid damage, abnormal operation, improper handling, neglect, exposure of fire, exposure to excessive moisture and/or water, extreme climate temperatures
-Any cosmetic damage
-Any product on which warranty stickers, serial numbers, ave been removed, altered, or rendered illegible
-Any installations, removal, and re-installation of product or its peripheral devices
-Any damage as a result of fire, flood or actors of God
-Any custom made cable assemblies
Northstar offers a limited warranty that all blue tooth’s will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period that expires 30 days from the invoice date of sale from Northstar. This limited warranty is not transferable to any other end-user or third party. All bluetooth returned must be in original packaging, with all original components(chargers, headset,etc.) No credit will be issued for incomplete Bluetooth.
Returns of good product will not be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.
RMA forms can be obtained by contacting the RMA Department at email@example.com or by calling 1-877-483-1315. RMA number must be obtained from Northstar prior to returning the product. All returns of GOOD MERCHANDISE must be complete product, in original packaging. Returns with defaced/altered original packaging will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Any return of incomplete product will be disposed of and will not receive credit. And will not be returned.

Upon Issuance of an RMA:
-Properly package merchandise for shipment to prevent damage. Northstar is not responsible for products damaged during shipment.
-Clearly state RMA number on the outside of the shipping package. RMA number expires after 30 days.
-Ship the product prepaid to Northstar
-A copy of the original invoice and completed RMA form must accompany the returned product
Upon receipt by Northstar, Merchandise will be verified for accuracy. Merchandise received without discrepancies will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Northstar retains the right to amend, modify, change or delete any of the information contacted within this document.
OEM Product Returns:
OEM products must be returned to the manufacture for warranty.
Northstar specially disclaims liability for any and all direct, indirect, special, general, punitive, exemplary, aggravated, incidental or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, unanticipated benefits or revenue, anticipated profits arising out of use or inability to use any product (example: wasted air time charges due to malfunction of any product or loss of income due to malfunction of any product) or contribution or indemnity in respect to any claim related to a product.
-Northstar will authorize the customer to return within 3 business days, for exchange, merchandise that was incorrectly ordered by the customer. Incorrect orders reported after 3 business days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Returns of “Good Product” will no longer be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
Incorrect Shipment, Shipment Shortages, and Discrepancies
Northstar will authorize the customer to return, for exchange or credit, merchandise that was incorrectly shipped by Northstar. All shortages and discrepancies of any kind must be reported to Northstar within 5 business days from the time of receipt. Northstar will be responsible for all shipping cost for incorrect shipments and shipment shortages, excluding back order items.
-No returns on special orders

The maximum product liability to Northstar arising from any product sold shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Northstar, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents be liable for damages related to product sold. Any legal action against Northstar shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Limitations of Liability:
In no event shall Northstar be liable to the buyer under any cause of actions or claim of any nature whatsoever, regardless of whether characterized as tort, negligence, contract, warranty, or otherwise, for any loss of profits or other economics loss.
We will only use the personal information you provide us to service your order and respond to your request. It Absolutely will not be shared/sold/distributed to other companies. Please note that in the rare instance that we need to have a portion of your order shipped the manufacturer will need to provide them with your shipping address.
